Frequently Asked Question!

What types of plastic materials do you use, and are they food-safe?

We primarily manufacture using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), which are industry standards for durability and safety. All our food-grade containers comply with strict international safety standards (such as FDA regulations), ensuring they are 100% safe for beverages, food products, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

Absolutely. We are committed to reducing environmental impact and offer rPET (recycled PET) and HDPE options. These materials utilize post-consumer recycled plastic to give you the same structural integrity, clarity, and strength as virgin plastic while significantly lowering your brand's carbon footprint. Additionally, all our standard PET and HDPE bottles are 100% recyclable.

Are your plastic containers recyclable or made from recycled content (PCR)?

Sustainability is a core focus of our manufacturing process. All our PET and HDPE bottles are 100% recyclable through standard municipal recycling streams. Additionally, we offer options to integrate Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) resin into our production blends at varying percentages (up to 100%, depending on the application) to help your brand meet its ESG and sustainability goals.

We offer custom mold development services. Our design team works with you from initial CAD conceptualization to the production of a prototype. Whether you need a specific ergonomic grip, a unique shelf-presence shape, or a custom neck finish to accommodate specific pump or spray closures, we can engineer a mold that fits your brand’s exact specifications.
